is located on SE 160th Avenue in East Portland just 2 blocks from the
162nd Street MAX Station. The 21 unit affordable, wheelchair accessible,
complex is funded by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) 811 Capital Advance program for Housing for People with Disabilities.
The building is specially designed for barrier free living for people
with physical disabilities that are primarily reliant on a wheel chair
for mobility.

buildings projects carry their own HUD Section 8 Subsidy, which
