Central Station, funded in 1996 and opened in 1999, offers 23 units of one and two bedroom apartments specifically designed for wheelchair accessibility. Located at the Gresham Central MAX light Rail Stop, just North of downtown Gresham providing easy access to accessible transportation.

All buildings projects carry their own HUD Section 8 Subsidy, which makes tenants rent very affordable at 30% of annual income. Tenants with income of only SSI at approximately $550.00 per month pay about $125.00 per month in rent.
