Good News for Residents at Rolling Green Apartments!
With generous funding from the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation and the Ann & Bill Swindells Charitable Trust, QUAD Inc. is happy to announce that we will install new swing-free closers on all Rolling Green apartment entry doors this summer. The new closers will make the original heavy and cumbersome fire doors easier for people with limited arm strength and use of their hands to enter and exit their apartments without assistance. This is great news for our residents who look forward to the improved safety, privacy, environmental control and independence! A BIG thanks to our generous supporters!
Congratulations to Staff at Central Station and Myers Court!
Our Central Station Apartments staff was rewarded for their hard work in May with a deficiency-free inspection by HUD’s Real Estate Assessment Center! The staff at Myers Court also received a very high assessment score. These unusual grades happen because a commitment to excellence is continually demonstrated by the people who care for our residents. Great job!
