- 24 fully accessible apartments on three floors (19 one-bedroom units at 540 sq. ft., 5 two-bedroom units at 749 sq. ft.) plus an on-site manager’s unit
- roll-in showers, wheelchair-accessible closets and adjustable kitchen counters in every apartment
- 24/7 resident-directed shared attendant care services available
- elevator access to upper floors
- emergency call system
