Rolling Green Apartments, built in 1997, features 25 one- and two-bedroom affordable apartments specifically designed for wheelchair accessibility. Rolling Green is located in suburban Washington County approximately 3 miles east of Hillsboro on a quiet cul-de-sac off of Tualatin Valley Highway.
Rolling Green Apartments features:
- 24 fully accessible apartments on three floors (19 one-bedroom units at 540 sq. ft., 5 two-bedroom units at 749 sq. ft.) plus an on-site manager’s unit
- roll-in showers, wheelchair-accessible closets and adjustable kitchen counters in every apartment
- 24/7 resident-directed shared attendant care services available
- elevator access to upper floors
- emergency call system
- automatic doors open to outdoor deck with gas BBQ grill
- modern, updated systems for climate control, fire protection and security
- computer work stations available for resident use
- laundry room with washer, dryer and trash chute on each floor
