Rolling Green Apartments, opened in 1997, features 25 one and two bedroom affordable apartments specifically designed for wheelchair accessibility. Rolling Green is located in suburban Washington County approximately 3 miles east of Hillsboro on a quiet cul-de-sac off of Tualatin Valley Highway.
Rolling Green Apartments feature:
- 24 fully accessible apartments on three floors (19 one bedroom units at 540 sq ft; 5 two-bedroom units at 749 sq ft) plus on-site manager’s unit
- roll-in showers, wheelchair accessible closets and adjustable kitchen counters in every apartment
- 24/7 resident-directed shared attendant care services available
- elevator access to upper floors
- emergency call system
- automatic doors open to outdoor deck with gas BBQ grill
- modern mechanical systems for climate control, fire protection and security
- computer work stations available for resident use
- laundry room with washer, dryer and trash chute on each floor
- common room with kitchenette for resident activities, recreation and meetings

All of QUAD Inc.‘s buildings offer HUD Section 8 subsidies for low-income applicants, making rents very affordable at 30% of a resident’s annual income. Tenants who live solely on SSI of approximately $625.00 per month pay about $187.50 per month in rent.
